support@simpletefl.com within 30 days of purchase. You’re eligible if you’ve completed under 20% of the course and no certificate has been issued yet. We’ll refund to your original payment method and close your course access (and void any certificates).
You can request a refund when all of the following are true:
- It’s within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- Your course progress is under 20% (shown in your dashboard).
- You haven’t submitted/passed the final assessment and no certificate has been issued, downloaded, or verified.
- The account is in good standing (no chargebacks, abuse, or policy violations).

We’ll confirm eligibility and process the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days (bank/card timelines vary).

Your course access will be revoked and any issued certificates will be invalidated.
- Requests after 14 days, or after exceeding 20% progress, or once a certificate is issued.
- Accounts with fraud/abuse or prior chargebacks.
- Printed certificates and shipping once production has started (digital course fee may still be refundable if eligible).
- Price differences from promotions or currency/FX variations.
- If a technical problem prevents you from accessing the course, we’ll troubleshoot with you. If we can’t resolve it within 72 hours, you may request a refund even if your progress is above 20%.
- This policy is in addition to any statutory rights that may apply in your country.
simpleTEFL reserves the right to change this Refund Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Web Site and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the Web Site following the alterations.
